Hi there! My name is Catherine Walker, and I am a fully qualified MAR reflexologist in South Norfolk and Suffolk.
If you are feeling stressed, live with aches and pains, or have reduced mobility, I am here to provide a friendly professional reflexology service – one that meets your individual needs and brings tranquillity to your mind and body.
Due to my background in the care sector, I am well-equipped to visit your home for reflexology sessions, with full qualifications in Moving and Handling. I take extra care to ensure people feel comfortable and are properly looked after in their own home. My service includes specialist lymphatic drainage, baby reflexology, and maternity reflexology, as well as standard treatment – all of which are available from my lovely home studio in South Norfolk if you prefer.
Making you feel better is always my main priority. Along with offering reflexology in the South Norfolk and Suffolk area, I am here to provide bespoke soothing treatments to people of all ages in Beccles, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Bungay, and Loddon.
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is an ancient holistic therapy, based on the principle that certain reflex points on the feet, hands, face and ears correspond to different organs, structures and systems in the body. By gently manipulating certain reflex points, various parts of the nervous system become activated, allowing for energy to flow more freely around the body – like electricity going through a house. In this sense, reflexology treats the person’s wellbeing as a whole, rather than any specific condition.

Initial Consultation
At our first appointment, you will be asked to fill out a consultation form. This will include information such as medical history, current physical issues, diet, fluid intake, and what you want to get out of seeking reflexology in South Norfolk and Suffolk. There is never any judgement here – this form is simply there to help me understand your specific situation and, in turn, provide a reflexology treatment that is completely personalised to your needs.
Having acquired this information, I will begin an exploratory treatment, getting a clearer understanding of where your points of tension are, and then tell you what I’ve found at the end of the session. From there we will agree on the precise kind of reflexology you want to receive in further sessions, allowing me to offer a treatment that works perfectly for you.
Location
My current private practice is situated in a beautiful, detached room in the South Norfolk countryside, with a view of some wonderful large oak trees outside the window. You can lie all the way down or sit in a comfy reclining chair, depending on your preferences. It is a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and let the stress leave your body.
And if you can’t travel, don’t worry! I will come to your home and provide reflexology from your favourite chair, settee or bed. As a carer, I am no stranger to delivering treatment from people’s homes, and always take care to keep you comfortable from start to finish.

Mobile reflexology sessions - from £50
Mobile reflexology session prices may vary if I have to travel a greater distance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged the full fee.
